Verdict

Verdict lets users make predictions on real, verifiable events that are permanently locked once submitted. After an event concludes, any user may enter Resolver Mode to review public evidence and vote on the outcome — except the prediction’s creator, who is blocked from resolving their own prediction. This ensures outcomes are decided by independent community members rather than the predictor themselves. Once a resolution is finalized, any regular user may dispute it by submitting counter-evidence, triggering additional review. Accuracy as a predictor and fairness as a resolver both affect credibility scores, creating a transparent, competitive system without gambling or financial incentives.
